Little Boy, Hiroshima, Japan

On August 6, 1945, the US dropped an atom bomb nicknamed "Little Boy" on the Japanese city of Hiroshima, killing between 130-150,000 men, women and children. (From an in-process artist's book called The Bomb: Growing Up Nuclear.)
