The National Collage Society has mounted its 23rd Annual Small Format Exhibit of small format (4x6) collages...and although the art is on-site at The Hill School in Pottstown, PA, the virus (yes, THAT virus) says you may only view them on-line. Click here to view the lovely little postcards.
