This is a Dutch artist named Rinus Van De Velde, who lives and works in Antwerp.  He recently appeared in GQ wearing a $1,470  Missoni coat and a $495 Alexander McQueen shirt (I have no information as to his shoes).  His work is interesting...a lot of it features the likeness and life of a handsome artist named Rinus Van De Velde, combining (as one article noted) "realistic fiction with truthiness."  The quote is from "Dear David Johnson," part of his fake imagined autobiography. An intriguing guy, and he presents well in Missoni, doesn't he...
