Irrational Reographics

For a couple of years I've had a notion that I should assemble a bunch of National Geographic collages into some kind of book, maybe with an embroidered yellow cover, to be called "Irrational Reographics."  Still thinking about it.  When I finally stop procrastinating I should have a lot to chose from.  Here's a couple more...

Pandora

Pandora's Box

In Greek mythology, Pandora was the first woman on earth. She was given many gifts by the gods:  clothes, beauty, speech, musical ability.  Pandora is accused of introducing evil into the world, by opening the lid to a large jar (classically, but apparently mistakenly, described as a "box"), thereby releasing all the evils and ill-mannered things it contained into the world.  She managed to close the lid in time to keep one thing...hope.
